May. 25th, 2012 06:52 pmWho: Anybody!
Where: The rec room of Facility 2
When: Friday afternoon beginning at 5 o'clock
What: Alfred has decided it would be a good idea to teach all of Facility (or however many people show up) to swing dance, so he's having a lesson.
Rating: Probably PG-13
Warnings: Tons of food, America being a dork, complicated dance steps (not really)
[The entire corner of the rec room has been taken over with decorations. There are paper garlands and posters and stuff, and the karaoke machine is on and playing classic swing music a la the 1940s in America. There's a table with food: goldfish for a certain someone, corn on the cob, tons of finger food and some cookies and pie, because what's a party without food?
There's gonna be a lesson and a party and America is dressed in a button-up shirt and slacks-- complete with bowtie-- waiting for everyone to show up. Even if only five or six come it'll be worth it, to him.
They'll be learning a very basic swing step, though Alfred will of course ask one of his volunteers to do a whole dance routine with him to show off a little. Essentially swing looks like
this!
The steps he'll be teaching won't be quite as complex, but with the same rhythm and everything!]

Prank Report!
Apr. 1st, 2012 02:37 am So, in the time-honored tradition of April Fool's, America will have, by tomorrow morning, brought about a number of small and harmless changes to the Facility for everyone's enjoyment. They are as follows:
1. All major water sources (pool, jacuzzi, river + waterfalls) are going to be a lovely shade of fluorescent orange.
2. One apple tree's apples are covered in tiny water-soluble markered on faces.
3. On the stage in the theatre is a tiny battle being acted out by foodstuffs from the convenience store.
4. All the slidy doors in the Facility, particularly those that lead to the transporters, are going to ask for a password. The password is "America is awesome." However, after one wrong guess, they will open anyway with a sputtery angry noise.
5. Several doors in random places have strategic buckets placed over them. These buckets are full of innocuous things like confetti or grass, and there are a couple filled with bits of paper with American flags all over them.
Feel free to totally not even notice these things, the dye in the water is harmless and won't do anything, and use any / all of them as you will, and of course if any of these is inconvenient or can't be done or any of those other things just let me know, but yes. :3 That's all!
